About Paola
A story of arriving, putting down roots, and helping others do the same
Paola Barrientos · Real Estate Advisor | Realtor®
Paola arrived from Peru at age 12, watching her parents chase the American dream with courage and faith. Like so many immigrant families, they started from scratch — and that experience forever shaped how she works: with real empathy for anyone building a new life.
She earned a degree in Business Administration and spent years in corporate America in demand planning and forecasting. That is where her signature comes from: data-driven decisions, orderly processes, zero improvisation. She earned her real-estate license in 2015, focusing first on investments, and during the pandemic made the leap to full time.
Nearly three decades after arriving, Boca Raton is her forever home. She has helped families move within Florida, return to their home countries, or arrive from other states and from Latin America — always with a special focus on Boca Raton, the community closest to her heart.
Outside of work: music, good wine, and travel. And a constant commitment to her community — beach cleanups, volunteering in her church ministry, and a mindful, sustainable way of living. For Paola, real estate is not about closing deals: it is about helping others find belonging, purpose, and a place under the Florida sun.
What her clients say
“I've worked with several realtors in the South Florida market over the years. Paola is by far the most intelligent hard working and connected realtors I've had the pleasure to work with. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to get the job done for you she's the one!”
The Palm Beach Standard of Living “Paola exceeded all our expectations in selling our house in the shortest possible time and for an unbeatable price. She is very professional and a wonderful person, which makes us highly recommend her.”
“Working with Paola was an incredible experience from start to finish. As buyers from out of the country, we were initially concerned about navigating the US real estate market remotely—but Paola made the entire process seamless.”
